1. order processing

  • packing time: 1 – 3 business days after your order confirmation e-mail.

  • pre-orders / made-to-order items: stated lead time (usually 3 – 5 weeks) begins after the pre-order window closes. You’ll receive a second e-mail when the item ships.

2. shipping options & costs (USA)

standard USPS Ground Advantage® / UPS® Ground 3 – 7 business days $5

*Transit times begin after the packing window and exclude weekends & holidays.

3. international shipping

  • we ship worldwide from massachusetts, USA via DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Saver.

  • duties & taxes: displayed at checkout where available. if not prepaid, the customer is responsible for any import fees on delivery.

  • delivery aims: 4 – 10 business days, but customs clearance can extend this.

4. tracking

  • as soon as the label is created you’ll get a tracking link by e-mail (and sms if you opted-in).

  • tracking may take up to 24 hrs to activate.

5. address issues

  • double-check your shipping address—wrong or incomplete addresses often get returned.

  • if you spot a mistake, e-mail support@staatusstudios.com within 2 hours of ordering; we’ll do our best, but once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands we can’t redirect it.

6. lost or damaged shipments

  • if tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, wait 24 hrs and check with neighbours/front desk first. then contact us; we’ll open a carrier trace.

  • visibly damaged box? photograph everything (outside, inside, product) and e-mail us within 48 hrs so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. split shipments

if your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may ship the ready pieces first at no extra charge.
