1. order processing

packing time: 1 – 3 business days after your order confirmation e-mail.

pre-orders / made-to-order items: stated lead time (usually 3 – 5 weeks) begins after the pre-order window closes. You’ll receive a second e-mail when the item ships.
2. shipping options & costs (USA)

3. international shipping

we ship worldwide from massachusetts, USA via DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Saver.

duties & taxes: displayed at checkout where available. if not prepaid, the customer is responsible for any import fees on delivery.

delivery aims: 4 – 10 business days, but customs clearance can extend this.
4. tracking

as soon as the label is created you’ll get a tracking link by e-mail (and sms if you opted-in).

tracking may take up to 24 hrs to activate.
5. address issues

double-check your shipping address—wrong or incomplete addresses often get returned.

if you spot a mistake, e-mail support@staatusstudios.com within 2 hours of ordering; we’ll do our best, but once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands we can’t redirect it.
6. lost or damaged shipments

if tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, wait 24 hrs and check with neighbours/front desk first. then contact us; we’ll open a carrier trace.

visibly damaged box? photograph everything (outside, inside, product) and e-mail us within 48 hrs so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. split shipments
if your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may ship the ready pieces first at no extra charge.
